Most of the things you worry about never happen

How many times have you spent the night before stressing over something that never materialized the way you imagined? I know occasionally I have got myself into quite a state worrying about certain meetings or presentations only to have the meeting go very well. Of course there have also been times when I didn’t worry and it was a disaster, but thankfully, they are few and far between.

When you look back in retrospect you often wonder why you made such a big deal out of things whilst during that moment it seemed such a huge deal. I know I am going to try and worry less about the less important things in life in the coming year because as long as you and your family have good health, anything else really doesn’t matter at all. Have a creative day.

  1. If you can’t sleep, then get up and do something instead of lyng there worrying. It’s the worry that gets you, not the lack of sleep. That`s why every evening I turn my worries over to God. He’s going to be up all night anyway. 🙂

  2. Absolutely true! Without good health…even millions of dollars is worthless. I wish you and your loved ones abundant good health in the New Year 2011 and that all good things follow. 🙂 The “Hi 5” mittens are adorable and being someone who loves neatness and order the arial view – 1st pix row 3 – is awesome! 🙂
